FAQ's
Is there a joining fee?
No. You are only ever charged when your allocation leaves the winery.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping across all of our clubs.
How often is my allocation delivered?
Each club has a different delivery schedule. Primo Favourites Club Members receive packs every six months; JOSEPH Double Pruners receive packs in May and October, and Virgina Vineyards Club Members receive packs every four months.
What if I'm out when my wine is delivered?
Australia Post can be instructed to leave your parcel at a safe place at your address. Alternatively, your parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection at your convenience.
When will my credit card be charged?
You are only ever charged when your allocation leaves our warehouse.
Can I change my allocation?
Yes. At any time you can log in here and change your allocation. Before any wine gets sent to you, you are sent an email which confirms your allocation and which gives you the option of altering your selection.
