We offer FREE Freight and Insurance with every straight or mixed dozen of Primo Estate or JOSEPH products to anywhere in Australia.

For 11 bottles or less, shipping is $9 within South Australia and $14 to all other states.

We ship via Australia Post eParcel, with delivery times of 3–6 business days for metropolitan areas and 4–10 business days for regional locations. Once your order has cleared our internal processing, you'll receive a tracking ID to monitor its progress on the Australia Post website.

Our wines and olive oils are packed in secure, padded packaging and breakages are extremely rare.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your wine or olive oil, you can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

We accept returns for damaged and/or broken wine bottles. You can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

You may try up to 1 bottle and still receive a full refund if you would still prefer to return your products. If you believe your wine has a specific fault, we ask that you return a sample of the product tried for us to carry out the appropriate evaluation.
